These terms apply to your use of the Typhoon Labs website at typhoonlabs.dev. They do not replace the terms of the App Store, Google Play, or any separate terms that apply to a game or app.
Using this website
You may browse the site and share links to its pages. Do not try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, or misuse its content or services.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, branding, artwork, and other original content on this website belong to Typhoon Labs or the relevant rights holder. You may not copy, distribute, or use them commercially without permission. You may quote a small amount for ordinary commentary or review where the law allows it.
Project information
Game and app descriptions, availability, features, screenshots, and plans may change. Information about an unreleased project, including Shape RTS as a working title, is not a promise of a release date, platform, or final feature set.
External stores and websites
Store buttons and other external links lead to services we do not control. Their own terms, privacy policies, purchasing rules, and availability apply. A purchase or download happens through that service, not through this website.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.
